For a typical work day, minimum recommended dose in the morning. Add one or two capsules during the course of the day if needed. Consumption of Myogence past mid afternoon may interrupt sleep. For specific application such as sport, gym or other expectation of excessive exertion, consumer minimum recommended active dose at least 40 minutes prior to activity with at least 8fl oz of water or juice. Consumers report addition of one or two capsules prior to and during activity. Very large and active athletes and bodybuilders have reported doubling of active dose with no ill results.
